I'm 18, but my friends are 17. Can we check into a hotel that says 18 for check in age?

There are about 12 of us checking into a hotel for one night. 3 of us are 18, 2 are 16, and the rest are 17. The hotel allows 18 year olds to check in. Will all of us be able to stay at the hotel?

Usually they only allow around 4 people in a room at a time. So if everyone wanted to get in the three 18 year olds could each get a room and the rest could stay in the room as well, as long as the person making the reservation is over 18 they don't care.

As one other answer said, you will need three rooms. So you will have 3 18 year olds and that should be plenty.
The problem is the fact that you have the minors with you. Usually, the hotel requires the lead name of the room to be 21 and most times 25 in order to check in if there are minors. You can call and ask, all hotels are different, but you definitely would want to confirm before you book or leave for the trip.

normally, only the person checking in has to be 18 or over, the rest of the people staying in the same room need not be 18...
if still in doubt, just call the hotel and enquire...

greater effective chain inns require you to be 21, yet many of the smaller places enable you reside at 18. you're able to be able to desire to call and clarify the area and notice if the lodge you're interested in could enable you to stay. regardless of your age you will choose a credit card on your call.
