looking to dumpster dive in phila/mt airy region for food?

i am having a hard time financially, and would like to stock my cupboards. can you give me any info about supermarkets in the mt airy/chestnut hill/ germantown area? general philly info would be helpful too.
looking for specific locations of dumpsters and specific garbage days too!

Usualy Dunkin Donuts dumpsters after closing are full of the donuts that did not sell that day

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a tough time financially. But there are many charitable organizations out there that may be able to help you. Please try to get all the help you can get from them - there's a risk of getting food poisoning from dumpster food.
The Salvation Army for example has branches in Philadelphia:
Don't you have welfare? Why not visit their local office and get help instead of begging for food or diving into the trash. Better still get a second job!

You can get food from soup kithcens. Also they are having free turkey dinners.
